1. Acceptance of Terms

If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, hitbet will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining deposit balance minus any winnings derived from bets placed during the period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hitbet services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a hitbet account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

The following rules apply to all hitbet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one hitbet account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is strictly prohibited. hitbet will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held therein.

hitbet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at its sole discretion, including where hitbet reasonably suspects that a Player has violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hitbet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on hitbet is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your hitbet account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider, typically within a few minutes for GCash and Maya.
• hitbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• hitbet reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts for responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal from hitbet is ₱200.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC identity verification before processing.

• hitbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause to do so, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Funds deposited via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) may be withdrawn via cryptocurrency or via Philippine Peso equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of withdrawal, subject to hitbet's cashier policies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hitbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all hitbet bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the hitbet account in bonus funds and are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active on a hitbet account at any given time unless stated otherwise.
• hitbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations on active bonuses will be honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the hitbet Platform.
• hitbet's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering completion are final.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hitbet Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the Platform.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when hitbet's system confirms and records the transaction. Confirmation will be displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history.
• hitbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permitted on any individual bet, event, or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, hitbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed.
• Bets placed on sporting events will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. hitbet's determination of the applicable result is final in the absence of an official ruling.
• For live casino games, the result determined by the live dealer and confirmed on screen is final once the round is closed.
• For slot games, the result displayed at the conclusion of each spin is final and binding. Malfunctions of any kind void all pays and plays on affected rounds.
• hitbet does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other mechanized system to interact with the Platform. Use of such tools will result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hitbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple hitbet accounts, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Using the hitbet Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the hitbet Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the hitbet Platform without express written authorization.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behavior toward hitbet staff or other Players.
• Accessing the hitbet Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other circumvention tools.
• Sharing hitbet account access with any third party, including family members residing in the same household.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hitbet Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, design elements, and the hitbet brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of hitbet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hitbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any hitbet content without prior written authorization from hitbet.
